Our vision
We make art to share unique + beautiful truths of detroit artists, QTBIPOC, disabled, immigrants, sex workers, & other marginalized individuals. Our creative purpose is to shift unbalanced personal narratives and transform societal issues. Our approach considers the meaning of people’s stories while seeking the heart to move our audience. We highlight our subject's strength, resilience and rich tapestries of varying voices as a tool for people to feel inspired to excavate their power.
How we do
We thrive on reciprocity and care. Our visual storytelling portrays enduring truths and is made with a commitment to the well-being of our collaborators throughout the creative process. It is important for us to creatively find emotionally safe and sustainable structures, as we honor each other's differences in neurodiversity, belief systems, and lived experiences. We foster meaningful connections through direct and honest communication. Let’s practice act out of integrity, and shared value, and a commitment to agency, choice, and consent. we are each other’s mirrors, reflecting strength, and seeds of inspiration, nurturing growth together.
